1. Split type
The split blood collection needle is a disposable blood collection needle commonly used clinically, basically replacing the syringe blood collection method used in the last century, and is often used in conjunction with the disposable blood collection tube.
Its structure is to connect a blood collection needle on the needle seat at the end of the hose of the intravenous infusion needle. When in use, the blood collection needle needs to be rotated and fixed at the front end of the outer cylinder of the needle holder, and the hand-held venipuncture is used to puncture the vein. After success, the vacuum blood collection tube is inserted into the cavity at the back end of the needle holder, so that the cutting edge of the blood collection needle passes through the blood blocking sleeve and penetrates into the vacuum tube rubber plug. Under the effect of negative pressure, the blood is sucked into the blood collection tube. When needed, repeat this to complete multi-tube blood collection; after blood collection, pull out the venipuncture needle, local hemostasis, remove the blood collection needle from the needle holder, and discard it together with the venipuncture needle in the waste box.
Features: After the blood collection needle is fired, the needle core will be locked, so that the blood collection needle can only be used once, which can ensure the safety of the user; the push-type launch design provides the most simple operation for the user; the high-quality, ultra-sharp triangular needle design can quickly pierce the skin and reduce the pain of the patient; a variety of standard needle types and penetration depths are suitable for most blood collection needs.
2. Pen type blood collection needle
There are not many clinical applications of pen type blood collection needles. Its structure is a continuous needle tube with sharp edges at both ends. The middle and lower parts of the needle tube are fixed on the needle seat. The front end is called a venipuncture needle, and the rear end is called a blood collection needle. Clinically, blood collection is usually used in cooperation with needle holders and disposable blood collection tubes.
When in use, the blood collection needle is rotated and fixed on the front end of the outer cylinder of the needle holder, and venipuncture is performed. After the venipuncture is successful, the vacuum blood collection tube is inserted into the cavity at the back end of the needle holder, so that the cutting edge of the rear end of the blood collection needle passes through the blood blocking sleeve and pierces through the vacuum tube rubber plug. Under the effect of negative pressure, the blood is drawn into the blood collection tube. By repeating this, the collection of multiple tubes of blood samples can be completed.
3. Arterial blood collection needle
Arterial blood sampling is of great significance for judging and treating hypoxemia. Arterial blood sampling is the basis for accurately judging hypoxemia.
Features: The needle of the arterial blood gas syringe is strictly fixed to prevent the danger caused by the loosening of the needle during the whole process of collecting arterial blood samples. The high molecular density of the wall of the blood collection syringe and the two-layer airtight needle plug can effectively prevent the gas exchange between the blood gas sample and the outside world. Before blood collection, the amount of blood collection can be preset according to the needs of the experiment, so that the operation of arterial puncture is safe and simple, and the waste of blood samples is prevented. The hole stone design at the back end of the syringe forms a unique active exhaust device, which can quickly and safely discharge the residual gas inside the syringe under the effect of arterial pressure, preventing dead space gas from interfering with the detection results of arterial blood gas.
