How to use the microfluidizer

Instructions

1. First, place the tip of the microfluidic needle into the fluid to be flushed.

2. Slowly press down the plunger of the micro-irrigation needle to allow the liquid to enter the tube of the micro-irrigation needle.

3. When the liquid enters the tube, the tip of the microfluidizer can be used to remove the liquid.

4. Aim the tip of the microfluidizer at the area to be flushed and slowly press the piston to spray liquid to clean the area.

5. After the flushing is completed, drain the liquid in the tube of the microfluidic needle. You can repeat the above steps for multiple flushings.

6. After the flushing is completed, clean and disinfect the microfluidic needle for next use.

Precautions

1. Ensure the cleanliness of the microscopic irrigation needle before operation. It is best to use a high-pressure steam sterilizer or alcohol for disinfection.

2. During the operation, try to avoid holding the tube of the microfluidizer directly, and use sterile gloves or forceps and other tools.

3. When performing the flushing operation, care should be taken to control the intensity and speed to avoid affecting the sample to be tested.

4. When using the microfluidizer continuously, it is best to clean and disinfect it at regular intervals to ensure its normal use.

5. When using a microscopic irrigation needle, the relevant disinfection operation specifications and standards should be followed to ensure that there is no impact on the surrounding environment and human health.
