Function and use of anaerobic culture device

The main function of the anaerobic culture device is to provide an oxygen-free environment for microorganisms, thereby meeting the living conditions of certain microorganisms.

The steps for using the anaerobic culture device are as follows:

1. Before use, the anaerobic culture device should be cleaned and placed in the sterilizer.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the sterilizer so that the water surface covers the entire anaerobic incubator, turn on the power supply, and heat the water to boiling.

3. Place the sample to be cultured into the anaerobic incubator and place the anaerobic incubator into the sterilizer.

4. Close the sterilizer door, open the steam valve, and heat the water in the sterilizer to boiling.

5. When the pressure in the sterilizer reaches the working pressure, maintain it for a certain period of time to ensure that the culture medium is fully sterilized.

6. Close the steam valve and wait for the pressure in the sterilizer to drop to normal pressure before opening the sterilizer door.

7. After taking out the sample, it can be cultured anaerobically.
