How to use the bilirubin analyzer is as follows:

1. Preparation before use: Use debridement iodine disinfectant to disinfect the surface of the heparin anticoagulation tube, and turn on the analyzer, computer, and printer.

2. Sample addition: Add 200ul of sample from the heparin anticoagulation tube (do not tilt or turn the heparin anticoagulation tube), shake gently to mix.

3. Sample addition: Add 200ul of sample diluent from the sample diluent bottle, shake gently to mix.

4. Sample dilution: Add 400ul of sample diluent from the sample diluent bottle, shake gently to mix.

5. Sample measurement: Add 200ul of sample from the sample diluent bottle, add 100ul of enzyme, and shake gently to mix.

6. Start the reaction: React at room temperature for 15 minutes. If the room temperature is low, you can choose to keep it at 37°C.
