Classification and characteristics of anaerobic culture devices

Anaerobic culture devices can be divided into the following types according to different use occasions and purposes:

1. Anaerobic culture device for animal experiments: This device is mainly designed for animal experiments and is suitable for experiments in an oxygen-free environment.

2. Laboratory anaerobic culture device: This device is suitable for various laboratories that require anaerobic experiments in the fields of biology, medicine, environmental protection, agriculture and other fields.

3. Bioreactor anaerobic culture device: This device is a high-level anaerobic culture device, usually used in bioreactors.

4. Cell culture anaerobic culture device: This device is suitable for laboratories conducting cell culture and provides an anaerobic environment to support cell growth.

5. Plant cultivation anaerobic culture device: This device is suitable for laboratories carrying out plant cultivation and provides an oxygen-free environment to support plant growth.

The characteristics of the anaerobic culture device mainly include:

1. The anaerobic incubator has a small volume, is easy to operate, and is suitable for basic laboratories.

2. Equipped with a static mixer, which can fully mix the air and culture medium in the anaerobic chamber to ensure the anaerobic culture environment.

3. Equipped with high-precision instruments such as atmospheric sampler, atmosphere regulator, constant temperature shaker, pH/conductivity circuit detector, microscope, etc., it can realize automatic circuit detection and automatic control of the culture environment.

4. When a certain amount of air needs to be filled in during the culture process or the anaerobic state needs to be quickly restored, it is equipped with an air solenoid valve or quick connector.

5. When a certain amount of nitrogen or carbon dioxide needs to be charged during the culture process, it is equipped with a nitrogen/carbon dioxide solenoid valve or quick connector.

6. When a certain amount of carbon dioxide needs to be filled during the culture process, it is equipped with a carbon dioxide gas solenoid valve.

7. Equipped with two sets of high and low speed air or nitrogen/carbon dioxide gas circuit systems to meet the different demands for oxygen in hypoxic culture environments.

8. The culture medium high-level tank is located at the top of the anaerobic chamber to prevent gas circulation and stirring in the anaerobic chamber from affecting the stability of the reagents in the culture medium high-level tank.
