How to use the in vitro fertilization (IVF) clean workbench

1. Before using the ultra-clean workbench, the equipment needs to be turned on and pre-cooled, and it can only be used after it cools down to room temperature.
2. Close the protective door on the side of the clean workbench and check whether there are any objects inside and above the workbench. If there are any objects, please move or dismantle them.
3. Place the embryo sample to be cultured on the sample holder in the clean workbench, or on a metal filter with holes.
4. Adjust the sample position so that the distance between the embryo sample to be cultured and the inner wall of the clean workbench is at least 10cm to prevent dust particles on the inner wall of the clean workbench from entering the culture tube and causing contamination.
5. Turn on the ultra-clean workbench lighting, use clean hands or clean tools to sample reagents such as culture tubes or transplant needles, and place the samples in the kit.
6. Turn off the lighting of the clean workbench, place the reagent box into the clean workbench, and close the protective door.
7. Turn on the air inlet system of the ultra-clean workbench to circulate clean air indoors.
8. Turn on the power switch of the clean workbench and start the clean workbench.
9. Select the corresponding operating mode as needed, such as automatic mode, manual mode, etc.
10. During use, it is necessary to regularly check whether the filter of the clean workbench needs to be replaced.
11. After use, first turn off the power switch of the clean workbench, and then turn off the air inlet system.
12. Open the protective door, take out the reagent box, and throw away the waste.
13. Regularly clean the dust and pollutants inside the ultra-clean workbench to keep it clean.
