Introduction to blood cell counting board

Hemacytometer, also known as hemacytometer or hemacytometer, is an instrument used to count various cells in the blood. It is often used in clinical blood cell analysis and disease diagnosis.
Hemocytometers are usually made of glass and have two main parts: the counting area and the mixing area. The counting area is a rectangular area composed of a series of squares, each of which has a specific size and area. The mixing area is generally located on one side of the counting area and is used to mix diluted blood samples.
The steps for blood counting using a hemocytometer are as follows:
1. Collect blood samples by puncture and inject appropriate liquid for dilution.
2. Put the mixed diluted blood into the mixing area and let it flow freely in the counting area to ensure even distribution of blood cells.
3. Use a microscope to observe the counting area and count according to the prescribed method. Can count white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets and other blood cells.
4. Calculate the concentration and proportion of various cells in the blood based on the number and volume of cells in the counting area.
The advantage of a blood cell counting board is that it can directly observe the distribution of blood cells in a specific area, thereby reducing errors. Additionally, it can be used for counting cells of different types and sizes.
