How to use the fully automatic protein blot instrument

The steps for using the fully automated protein blot instrument are as follows:

1. Prepare samples: Separate the protein samples to be tested by electrophoresis and transfer them to a polyacrylamide gel membrane.

2. Prepare reagents: Prepare a protein blot detection kit and add the corresponding reagents according to the instructions.

3. Film sticking: Transfer the polyacrylamide gel membrane to the blotting membrane, position and stick the membrane tightly.

4. Washing: Wash the blot membrane and samples on the membrane to remove potential non-specific binding.

5. Primary antibody binding: Add the prepared primary antibody to the blotting membrane for binding reaction.

6. Secondary antibody binding: Add the prepared enzyme-labeled secondary antibody to the blotting membrane for binding reaction.

7. Color development: The blot membrane is reacted with a color developer to produce a specific color.

8. Stop the reaction: Add the reaction stop agent to the blotting membrane to stop the reaction.

9. Image acquisition: Place the blotting membrane in the fully automatic protein blotting instrument and start the device to acquire images.

10. Data analysis: Analyze the image data and obtain the required data results.
