Microscopic Image Analyzer
The microscopic image analyzer uses the principle of optical magnification to produce a visual image of the object under inspection in the field of view of the microscope, and is an instrument that processes, analyzes, measures, calculates and judges the microscopic image through a computer.
Microscopic image analyzers are classified into different categories according to different needs.
1. Macroscopic analysis type: mainly used for positioning and qualitative observation of biological macromolecules. For example, the microscope is equipped with a phase contrast device, a fluorescence device, etc., which can be used to observe tissue sections or cell smears.
2. Microscopic analysis: mainly uses specially configured fluorescence microscopes, laser confocal microscopes, etc. to perform quantitative analysis on the microscopic structure of cells and tissues.
3. Composite type: combines macroscopic analysis and microscopic analysis, and has the functions of macroscopic specimen observation, quantitative analysis, and image processing, such as scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, etc.
The above classification is mainly based on different needs and application directions. Different types of microscopic image analyzers differ in operation mode, observation range, accuracy, and application range. In practical applications, you can choose a suitable microscopic image analyzer according to specific needs.
