How to use immunoanalyzer
1. Calibration: Calibration is a necessary operation when using a fully automatic biochemical analyzer to ensure the accuracy of the test. Calibration is divided into linear calibration and nonlinear calibration. Linear calibration describes the concentration relationship between the test well and the standard through a straight line. It is used for calibration of new instruments or new equipment, and for regular recalibration. Nonlinear calibration is to adjust the concentration relationship between the test well and the standard through the calibration curve, and is used for instruments that have been used for a long time. Before performing calibration, you need to prepare reagents, cleaning agents, quality control materials, test well plates, diluents, standards, etc.
2. Turn on the computer, extract reagents, cleaning agents, quality control products, test well plates, diluents, standards and other items and place them in appropriate locations.
3. Turn on the power, and after it stabilizes, click "System Settings-Curve Calibration" on the screen to enter the calibration menu. Follow the on-screen prompts until the screen displays "Calibration Passed".
4. Take out the reagent, put it into the sampling hole, and then add the sample or diluent. Close the lid and click "Start Test" to enter the test interface.
5. After the test is completed, calculate the results. Judge the detection results based on the calculation results and determine whether further processing is required.
Please note that when using the immunoassay analyzer, the operating procedures must be strictly followed to ensure the safety and accuracy of the instrument.
