How to use the real-time quantitative PCR machine is as follows:

1. Power on and warm up: The instrument is powered on, the screen displays the "Start" key, press the "Enter" key to turn on the instrument and enter the standby state. After powering on, the instrument needs to preheat for 30 minutes. During this period, the "Start" key can be used to start the instrument directly. After preheating is completed, it will automatically enter the main interface.
2. Operation main interface: After powering on, the instrument enters the main interface. The main interface displays the instrument's operating status, time, light switch status, calibration sequence and user login interface. Users can enter the working menu of the PCR instrument by clicking "Main Menu".
3. Open the cover to light up: Press the "Extend" key on the standby interface and select "Light Up" to enter the light up mode. At this time, the light chamber of the PCR instrument will be opened, and the background light will be extinguished. The instrument will automatically remove the residual fluorescence in the light chamber.
4. Calibration sequence: Press the "Extend" key on the standby interface and select "Calibration Sequence" to enter the calibration sequence mode. Before the PCR machine can operate, a calibration sequence must be performed. The calibration sequence is a calibration coefficient calculated by the instrument based on the volume of the PCR reaction system and the concentration of the fluorescent dye in the reaction system. The calibration sequence can be customized by the user. The user can select the corresponding template in "Calibration Sequence Template" or customize a new template.
5. User login: Press the "Extend" key on the startup interface and select "User Login" to enter user login mode. Log in as a user when the PCR instrument is powered on. The login information is the power-on password.
6. Manual PCR: Press the "Extend" key on the main interface and select "PCR" to enter PCR mode. PCR modes are divided into one-step and multi-step methods.
7. Plate preset: Click "Plate preset" in the PCR instrument work menu, and then set according to the actual situation. Users can set and save plates, and the saved content is only valid for use after the instrument is restarted. You need to enter the correct power-on password when saving the board.
8. User exit: Press the "Cancel" key on the main interface to exit the operating mode of the PCR instrument.
