How to use the thermal patch fabric breathability rapid tester

1. Make sure the instrument is connected to the power supply and in working condition. After the instrument starts up, make sure the instrument has entered standby mode.
2. Place the heat-adhesive fabric to be tested in the test area of the instrument, making sure that the fabric is flat and in close contact with the instrument.
3. Press the start button on the instrument to start testing. After the test is completed, the instrument will automatically stop and display the test results.
4. View the test results on the instrument display. Generally, test results include data such as breathability index, temperature and humidity. According to the corresponding standards, judge whether the test results are qualified.
5. If the test result is unqualified, you can check whether there are defects in the fabric, or adjust the test conditions and test again.
6. After the test is completed, promptly disconnect the instrument from the power supply and clean the test area of the instrument to ensure the accuracy of the next test.
