How to use the carbon dioxide electrode

The carbon dioxide electrode is a sensor used to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide. It is usually used in indoor air quality monitoring and greenhouse gas emission monitoring. The following is how to use the carbon dioxide electrode:

1. Connect the CO2 electrode to the power supply and turn on the power.

2. Wait for the CO2 electrode to warm up, which usually takes 15-30 minutes.

3. Insert the CO2 electrode into the air to be measured, being careful not to touch the photosensitive surface of the electrode.

4. Wait for a certain period of time, usually 1-2 minutes, to allow the electrode to fully contact with the air, and then read the carbon dioxide concentration value displayed on the electrode.

5. If continuous monitoring is required, the CO2 electrode can be connected to a data acquisition instrument or recorder to achieve real-time data recording and monitoring.

6. After use, remove the electrode from the air, clean it and store it in a dry environment to avoid affecting subsequent use.
