Ultraspeed refrigerated centrifuge use and principle

Ultraspeed refrigerated centrifuges are mainly used in biology, chemistry, medicine and other fields. Their specific uses are as follows:

1. Prepare samples such as nucleic acids and proteins.

2. Prepare different density gradients, such as 1.00g/ml, 1.20g/ml, 1.40g/ml, 1.60g/ml, 1.80g/ml, 2.00g/ml, etc.

3. Aliquot the sample into 10ul, 20ul, 50ul, 100ul, 200ul, 500ul, etc.

4. Separation of cellular components of different densities, such as cells, debris, sediment, and liquid.

5. Rapidly separate cellular components such as cells, cell cultures, cell lysates, precipitates, and liquids.

6. Perform centrifugation at different temperatures, such as collecting samples in liquid nitrogen and at liquid nitrogen temperature.

7. Centrifugation under ultracentrifugation conditions, i.e., sample collection at speeds exceeding normal centrifugation speeds.

8. Perform centrifugation in different directions, such as collecting samples in different directions on a spinning disk.
