How to use the fully automatic nephelometric analyzer

The use of the fully automatic nephelometric analyzer is as follows:

1. Preheating: The turbidimeter should be preheated for 30 minutes to improve detection sensitivity.

2. Zero-point calibration: Place the calibration piece into the turbidimeter. After the instrument automatically calculates the absorbance value, compare it with the absorbance value observed at the same position on the reagent piece. The error should not exceed 5%.

3. Span calibration: If the absorbance value is negative, it means that the light source energy is insufficient and a span calibration is required. Span calibration should be performed at the beginning of each day. Before span calibration, perform a zero calibration. The difference between the absorbance value of the span calibration piece and the observed absorbance value at the same position of the reagent piece should not exceed 0.3.

4. Determination: Place the reagent tablet into the turbidimeter, press the determination key, and the instrument will automatically complete the determination process.

5. Print results: After the measurement is completed, the results can be printed directly. If there is no printer, the data can be saved in a floppy disk for later processing .
