How to use liquid chromatography analyzer

1. Prepare the sample: Take an appropriate amount of the sample to be tested, add an appropriate amount of diluent, mix and filter.
2. Adjust the liquid chromatograph: select the corresponding mobile phase, column and detector according to the sample characteristics, column type and detector requirements.
3. Injection: Inject the processed sample into the injection port of the liquid chromatograph.

5. Detection: The various components after separation are detected by the detector and generate corresponding signals.
