Steps:

1. Adjust the appropriate distance (100-150mm) under the microscope so that the distance between the injection head and the cells is 10-15mm.

2. Turn on the injection needle switch to create negative pressure in the needle and suck the required solution into the needle.

3. Pull out the needle, move the needle tip above the cells (about 1mm away from the cells), and insert the needle tip between the cells to make contact with the cell membrane.

4. Slowly inject all the liquid in the injection needle into the cells.

5. After the injection is completed, immediately insert the injection head into the cell and turn off the injection needle switch.
