The function and use of nitric oxide detection analyzer
The main function of the nitric oxide detection analyzer is to detect the nitric oxide content in the air to ensure that indoor air quality meets standards. It can monitor the concentration of nitric oxide in the air in real time and provide relevant staff with effective data information so that timely measures can be taken to ensure the safety of the working environment.
Specifically, nitric oxide detection analyzers can be used for monitoring in chemical industry, metallurgy, energy, environment and other fields, as well as chemical and petrochemical, electric power, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, environmental engineering and other industries. This instrument has the characteristics of fast response, stability, reliability and long life, and can effectively meet the needs of various practical applications.
In actual use, the nitric oxide detection analyzer can measure the concentration by collecting air samples, injecting standard gas or manually inputting parameters. The core sensor uses a catalytic electrode sensor, which can continuously monitor and collect data on nitric oxide gas, and transmit the data to the host computer for processing through various communication methods. It should be noted that when using this instrument, the operating procedures must be strictly followed to ensure the accuracy and validity of the test results.
How to use the nitric oxide detection analyzer is as follows:
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the instrument.
2. Set the measurement parameters. The instrument will select automatic or manual settings according to the actual situation.
3. The instrument will preheat for 5 minutes. At this time, the word "Preheat" will be displayed on the LCD screen.
4. After the instrument warms up, it will automatically enter the measurement state. Normal measurements can be made at this point.
5. In the measurement state, the current concentration value, date, time and status of the nitrogen oxide sensor will be displayed on the LCD screen.
6. When the measurement is completed, the instrument will automatically stop displaying and enter standby mode. The next measurement can now be taken.
7. When not in use for a long time, please unplug the power source to prevent electric shock.
