Semi-automatic plate washers, also known as plate washers, are equipment used in biological laboratories to clean and dry experimental plates. It is a semi-automatic device, the user needs to manually set the cleaning solution and cleaning time, and then the machine will automatically complete the cleaning process.
The main function of the plate washer is to clean the experimental plates, which usually includes the following steps:

Semi-automatic plate washing machine usually consists of the following parts:
1. Cleaning tank: a container for placing cleaning fluid.
2. Sample tank: A container for placing experimental plates.
3. Cleaning button: The user presses this button to start the cleaning process.
4. Stop button: The user can stop the cleaning process by pressing this button.
5. Time button: The user presses this button to set the cleaning time.
6. Power switch: Users need to turn on this switch to use the plate washer.
The advantages of the semi-automatic plate washing machine are that the price is relatively low, the operation is simple, and it is suitable for beginners. However, its disadvantage is that the cleaning efficiency is low and the cleaning effect is not as good as that of a fully automatic plate washer.
