How to use the fully automatic blood cell morphology analyzer

1. Preparation before starting
(1) Check the instrument: Check whether the equipment starts normally and check whether the equipment is working properly;
(2) Check reagents: Check whether all reagents are available and check whether the reagents have expired;
(3) Prepare blood samples: Prepare according to the requirements of the instrument Sample, the sample can be whole blood or blood cell separation solution;
(4) Prepare sample tube: Label the sample tube, store the sample through the sample tube and prepare to put it into the instrument.
2. Sample processing
(1) Put the sample into the instrument, select the corresponding sample duration according to the sample injection volume specified by the instrument, and start the instrument;
(2) Add the corresponding pretreatment solution
according to the instrument prompts; (3) Follow the instrument prompts, Carry out the sample preparation and processing process;
(4) After the sample processing is completed, take out the sample.
3. Data analysis
(1) Import the data read by the instrument into the corresponding analysis software;
(2) Preprocess the data (such as noise suppression and data smoothing);
(3) By adjusting software parameters, observe and analyze Blood cell morphological data;
(4) Based on the analysis results, draw relevant conclusions and diagnostic results.
4. End
(1) Turn off the power of the instrument;
(2) Dispose of reagent waste and sample residues;
(3) Thoroughly clean and disinfect the instrument and equipment;
(4) Record usage information and analysis results, and properly keep the equipment and its accessories.
