How to use microcirculation microscopy

Microcirculation microscopy is an instrument used to observe microstructure and surface morphology. Here are the brief steps on how to use it:

1. Prepare the sample: Select the corresponding sample according to the object that needs to be observed, and ensure that the sample surface is clean, free of dust and contamination.

2. Prepare the instrument: Assemble and inspect the instrument according to the instrument's operating instructions to ensure that the instrument is working properly.

3. Adjust the focus: Use the focus knob or lever in the instrument to adjust the sample surface until it is clearly visible. Adjust the focal length and brightness of the collimated light source according to different observation targets.

4. Adjust scanning parameters: According to the characteristics of the sample and observation requirements, adjust the scanning parameters, including scanning speed, scanning range, pixel density, etc.

5. Start observation: Place the sample on the sample stage, turn on the power of the instrument, and click the "Start" button on the instrument control panel to start scanning observation. Microscopic areas of the sample can be zoomed in or out using the joysticks or control buttons on the instrument.

6. Image processing: After the observation is completed, the image processing software on the instrument or computer can be used to further process the observed image, such as amplification, rotation, contrast enhancement, etc.

7. Instrument maintenance: After the observation is completed, turn off the power, clean the sample stage and probe, and store the instrument in dry and clean conditions.
