How to use the sterile surface wipe sampling tube

The instructions for using the sterile surface wipe sampling tube are as follows:

1. Open the sampling tube package and gently tear off the sealing film on the top of the tube, being careful not to tear the inside of the sampling tube.

2. Before sampling, wipe and disinfect the surface to be sampled with a 75% alcohol swab, and then wipe the surface with a sterile cotton swab.

3. Insert the sampled cotton swab into the sampling tube (be careful not to let the front end of the cotton swab touch the tube opening), gently rotate the cotton swab, and then pull it out.

4. Tighten the sampling tube cap to avoid bubbles forming in the sampling tube.

5. Place the sampling tube on a sterile workbench for nucleic acid testing.

After completing the above steps, nucleic acid testing can be performed. The liquid in the sampling tube is the preservation liquid, which can be used for subsequent nucleic acid testing. Note that the entire process requires strict aseptic operation to ensure that the sampling tube is not contaminated.
