How to use the fully automated indirect immunofluorescence reading system

1. Take out the sample to be tested and put it into the sample well.

2. Cover the sample hole tightly and turn on the power of the main unit.

3. Turn on the computer, enter the interpretation software, click "File" in the upper left corner, select "Dilution Sample", and enter the number of the sample well.

4. Click "File" in the upper left corner, select "Read Sample", and then click "Read".

5. Click "Start" in the upper left corner to start interpretation, and the fluorescence image and data will be automatically saved.

6. Fluorescence images and data are automatically saved in Excel format for viewing or printing.
