How to use the hot stage of the embedding machine:

1. Before using the hot stage, check whether the sample hot stage is clean and contaminated.

2. Before using the hot stage, check whether the heater is damaged, whether the temperature controller is accurate, and whether the hot stage can move freely.

3. Sample loading: The samples should be placed flat on the hot stagen, with a certain distance between them to avoid contact or overlap, and the edges of the samples should be parallel to the hot stagen.

4. Close the gas valve, turn on the power, press the "V"-shaped furnace heating key, and "PV 091" will be displayed.

5. Open the gas valve, set the working temperature and holding time, press the "Confirm" key, and the display will show "PV 091" → "PV 000" → "PV " → "SV " → the set temperature and holding time.

6. When the hot stage is running, it will automatically stop when the working temperature reaches the set value. After the heat preservation time is over, it will automatically exit the running state and alarm.

7. Press the "Set" button in the working state to exit the working state.
