The fully automated protein blot instrument is a device used for protein detection and quantification. The instrument can automatically complete various operations required for protein blotting, including sample processing, electrophoresis, transfer, fixation, staining, and imaging, thereby improving experimental efficiency and repeatability.

The main components of the fully automatic protein blotting instrument include electrophoresis system, transfer system, staining system, imaging system and data analysis system. The instrument uses a high-precision and large-capacity electrophoresis tank and membrane transfer system, which can separate and transfer proteins of different sizes and types, and perform efficient fixation and staining operations at the same time. The imaging system uses a highly sensitive camera and an ultra-high-resolution microscope to accurately capture protein signals in the sample and perform quantitative analysis.

According to different operation modes, fully automatic protein blotting instruments can be divided into 4 types:

1. Manual operation type: It is necessary to manually place the sample and reagents and manually set the parameters. The operation cannot be completed automatically.

2. Semi-automatic operation type: The sample needs to be placed manually, the reagents are added automatically, and the electrophoresis, membrane transfer, staining and other operations are completed automatically.

3. Fully automatic operation: samples, reagents and operation procedures are all completed automatically by the instrument without manual intervention.

4. Multifunctional: In addition to protein blotting, it can also perform cell electrophoresis, DNA electrophoresis, nucleic acid blotting and other operations.
