Principle and usage of micro ultraspeed desktop refrigerated centrifuge

The principle of the micro-ultraspeed desktop refrigerated centrifuge is to separate samples by using the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor. The principle is based on the different sedimentation speeds of different substances in the centrifugal field, and the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor is used to separate the samples. The separated samples are gathered in different areas of the centrifuge tube, and different area settings can be used to achieve graded separation of the samples.

The use of the micro-ultraspeed desktop refrigerated centrifuge is as follows:

1. Turn on the power and warm up for a few minutes.

2. Set the speed, relative centrifugal force, timing time and other parameters as needed.

3. Open the lid, slowly and gently place the sample into the rotor, and close the lid.

4. Press the Start/Stop button to start centrifugation.

5. After centrifugation, press the stop button and wait for the centrifuge to stop completely before opening the lid and taking out the sample.
